About CFL
Centre for Foreign Languages (CFL) was founded in 2011 by the initiative of H.E. Dr. In Viracheat, Chairman, Build Bright University Council. The Centre has been running at eight campuses of the university, such as Phnom Penh central campus, and Siem Reap, Battambang, Banteaymeanchey, Preah Sihanouk, Takeo, Rattanakiri, and Stung Treng provincial campuses. CFL is run and managed by one director. The Centre offers English for General Purposes (EGP) program.
About CFL Program
English for General Purposes (EGP) program of CFL is basically prepared for students who wish to communicate with confidence in English for success in career, study, and all aspects of their lives. The program enables students to develop an understanding of and competence in spoken English; communicate fluently and accurately with other English speakers; and to develop competence in understanding a variety of reading texts and gain the skills necessary to write appropriate and effective English

How to Apply
Centre for Foreign Languages (CFL) receives walk-in application from the applicant or his/her relatives/friends at any of the campuses of the university, and new students can register in the program during the promotion time-period of the Centre. The prospective students must:
- Qualify in the placement test conducted by the Centre
- Submit filled-in admission form, specifying the program and levels, etc. with signature and one copy of 4 *6 cm photograph along with payment of requisite tuition fee.
