Build Bright University is the largest higher education institution in Cambodia, having provided higher education and training to nearly 120,000 young people and researchers since 2000 until now. The university has been continuing education and training in various fields/specializations from associate, bachelor, master and doctoral levels in the fields of business administration, law and social sciences, tourism and hospitality, science and technology, engineering and architecture, arts, humanities and languages, and economics and agricultural sciences. The following is a brief information about the establishment and development of Build Bright University:

Professor Dr. In Viracheat founded the Faculty of Management and Law in 2000 and Build Bright University in 2002 and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Build Bright University.

Build Bright University has a governance structure and the composition of the senior management team in 2024, including:

The Faculty of Management and Law "F.M.L." was established in 2000 and operates in Phnom Penh with a total of over 700 students enrolled in the first year.

The Faculty of Management and Law developed and transformed into Build Bright University "B.B.U." in 2002 and has rapidly expanded the scope of education and training in both skills, specializations and levels of study in Phnom Penh and in many provinces in the country.

Build Bright University has completed and completed two phases of its development plan from 2000 to 2024, expanding its education and training to nine provincial campuses:

Build Bright University offers education and training in a variety of skills/specialties at the associate, bachelor, master, and doctoral levels, which are available in eight faculties and one doctoral school:

Build Bright University has continued to educate and train a total of more than 120,000 students, including:

Students who have successfully graduated, a total of 106,861 alumni, 26,803 women; a total of 15,093 current students, 6,263 women

Build Bright University has accepted an average of more than 5,200 students per year from 2002 to 2025 to register for study at all provincial and capital campuses.

Build Bright University has a total of 1,119 employees in 2025, including 272 administrative staff, 131 women, and 845 academic staff/professors, 61 women, with a total of 15 international professors, 7 of whom are women.
